One of the things that I have noticed during my time as a meditation teacher is just how many of us suffer with anxiety, for me this word is used so much we forget just how serious the issue can be.
Now more than ever the world is going through a huge change… For some people change is good, however; there are a lot of people out there that do not like change, they find it difficult to cope when change is forced upon them! This is where anxiety feeds and grows.
Have you ever found yourself constantly worrying about the future? Paying the bills, getting a job, keeping your job or even losing the people you love?
This is a form of anxiety, projecting into the future and conceiving worst case scenarios; can be debilitating.
Do you suffer with severe nervousness, find that you are self-conscious in uncomfortable situations or suffer from having out of the blue panic attacks? It may feel like you are alone however you are not alone 1000’s of people suffer like this, to varying degrees; every single day.
In place of these symptoms I would love to see you develop are listed below:

Whilst having a regular mediation practice will not cure all symptoms it will go a long way to reduce them. You can start to write your own story. A story of hope and progression!
Meditation is something that anyone can do, if I was able to do it then you can too.
Take that time for YOU, after all the most important person in YOUR world is YOU, if you are feeling good then everyone around you will be feeling the benefits.
